Tom Noyes

Tom Noyes’s most recent book is The Substance of Things Hoped For: A Novel (Slant). He has also published three story collections: Behold Faith (Dufour), Spooky Action at a Distance (Dufour), and Come by Here: A Novella and Stories (Autumn House). His fiction has appeared in The Georgia Review, The Kenyon Review, Ploughshares, Story, and many other journals. He teaches in and directs the B.F.A. in Creative Writing Program at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, where he also serves as Consulting Editor for the literary journal Lake Effect.
