We are thrilled to share that our forthcoming spring title Magdalena Is Brighter Than You Think by Grace Spulak has been included in the Chicago Review of Books’ “Our Most Anticipated Books of 2026.” A special thank you to Managing Director Rachel Leon for featuring Grace’s debut book among such an exceptional lineup.

Rachel wrote the collection is “full of emotionally intelligent stories dealing with trauma, queerness, parenthood, gender, and resilience.” To read the full list, please visit their website here.

Magdalena is available for pre-order now and is set to release on April 21, 2026; you won’t want to miss it.
